What the year has in store for our society...

  • Weekly Rehearsal – Wed 4-6:30pm, Common Room, Holme Building.

  • After Week 1 Rehearsal – BANQUET Wed 7pm-late, Green Palace Thai Restaurant, Newtown

  • Semester 1 Concert – “Happy are the Dead” – focussing on the history of German choral music, featuring Schutz, Scheidt, Buxtehude, J.S.Bach.

  • Semester 2 Concert – “Homage to Galileo” 400 Years of Astronomy – focussing on Venetian music from the time of Galileo, featuring Gabrieli, Bassano etc, to be held at Observatory.

  • “Christmas Pudding Concert” – includes ancient Christmas pieces. This concert will occur after final exams in December.

  • The University of Sydney Medieval Feast – Every year, the University of Sydney throws a big party for itself. We provide some music whilst also taking time to enjoy the delights of the University catering and wine service.

  • Dinners and subsidised early music concerts are also held throughout the year.

  • Tour to Canberra and Melbourne – We are in the process of planning a tour at the end of the year.
